About Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, One Dalton Street
The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences at One Dalton is a luxury building in the Back Bay. Upon completion in 2019, The Four Seasons at One Dalton will be the tallest residential tower at 61 stories and 742 feet. The glass tower will have floor-to-ceiling windows creating spectacular and dramatic views over Back Bay, The Charles River, Fenway, South End and beyond. There will be 174 condos occupying floors 24-61. The lower floors will be home to 215 guest rooms.
Residents of the Four Seasons will enjoy unsurpassed building amenities, including: two restaurants, two lounges, plus an owners-only restaurant club on the 50th floor, health club and spa. Residents at the One Dalton location will have access to all Four Seasons services, as well as 24 hour residential concierge, doorman and valet parking. The individual units will feature soaring ceiling height, bay windows and private entrance for residents of the tower.
The new Four Seasons will be the tallest building constructed in the city of Boston since the 1970’s and will be the third tallest building overall second to only its close neighbors the John Hancock and Prudential Tower. This ideal location will allow residence to be steps from Boston’s finest restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Also within close walking distance is some of the best public outdoor space in the city including the Christian Science reflecting pool, Commonwealth Avenue Mall, Boston Public Garden and Boston Common.
Beginning in 1857 and continuing until 1880, the Back Bay, the body of water separating Boston from Brookline, was filled, adding 450 acres of land to the city of Boston. Today it stands as one of the City’s premiere neighborhoods. Marked by historic and exclusive boulevards, such as Newbury Street and Commonwealth Avenue, the Back Bay is home to the northern portion of the City’s Emerald Necklace, the green space that threads its way through the inner core of the city. The neighborhood is also one of the busiest retail sections of Boston, with a thriving commercial center along Boylston and Newbury Streets, and including the nearby Prudential Center and Copley Place.
