Since opening it's doors in 2010, CL Waterfront has sold nearly $150 million in real estate and become the Waterfront's leading residential brokerage. As Senior Vice President, Dave has closed transactions at some of Boston's most exclusive addresses: The Mandarin, The Ritz Carlton, Heritage on the Garden, Intercontinental, Battery, Burroughs, Rowes & Union Wharfs. In 2011, Dave & his partner, Carmela, recorded the 3rd highest condo sale in Boston at $5.550M.
